Teqball is an innovative and dynamic sport, designed to combine the most exciting elements of football and table tennis. Invented in 2014, it is played on a specially curved table that adds an entirely new dimension to the game, challenging players to showcase technical skills, control, and creativity. Officially recognized by major sports organizations, Teqball was included in the 2023 European Games and aspires to become an Olympic sport. This modern discipline is meant to be accessible to everyone—from amateurs to professional athletes—thanks to its simple rules and the energetic pace that defines it.Teqball is celebrated not only for the entertainment and thrill it brings, but also for the philosophy it promotes: fair play, integrity, and respect for the opponent.s.

A special event was dedicated to Queen Geraldine, bringing a cultural and festive atmosphere. At the heart of the activity was the “Queen Geraldine” Maternity Hospital, where a painting honoring the Queen’s historical figure, created by the talented artist Anna Kónya, was presented as a gift from the Embassy.The program also included the award ceremony of the drawing competition dedicated to Queen Geraldine, held with the participation of His Royal Highness, Prince Leka II. This event brought together artists, students, and admirers of history and culture, highlighting Queen Geraldine’s legacy and her special role in national memory.

Grand Gala - A True Taste of Hungary

Adry Couture will present elegant and modern collections inspired by traditional motifs, while renowned chefs Béla Prohászka and Balázs Mucsi will delight guests with authentic and innovative Hungarian cuisine that blends time-honored recipes with contemporary creativity. The event will also feature the work of artist Éva Sztakó Istvánné Kovács Dr, who will showcase traditional drawings and motifs from Kalocsa, adding vibrant colors and cultural depth to the atmosphere. To complete the experience, Flaska Banda, cultural ambassadors of Hungarian folk music, will bring an energetic and festive spirit with their live performance, blending traditional melodies with lively dance-house rhythms.It will be an evening that celebrates every facet of Hungarian culture, offering guests an unforgettable journey through its flavors, sounds, and artistry.
